EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Gamagama Games software development company (GAMAGAMA GAMES), for the 33 Corners: Adventure game software (33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE is the property of GAMAGAMA GAMES and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All copyrights to 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE are exclusively owned by the author - GAMAGAMA GAMES.
The 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE is distributed on a shareware basis.

LICENSED VERSION

The LICENSED VERSION means an original fully working version of the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE or a Registered Shareware Version (using your personal registration number). If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follow:

1. You can install and use one copy of the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE on a single computer.

2. You can install a second copy of the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE on a second computer only if you are the main user of this computer.

3. You can install the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE on another computer only if you change main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE from the old computer.

4. You can make a copy of the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE for archival purposes only.

5. You may not copy and distribute the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE or any portion of it.

6. You may not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your personal registering number, the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE or any portion of it.

7. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE or any portion of it.

8. You may not copy the documentation accompanying the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE.
9. The 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE keyfiles may not be distributed without the written permission of the copyright holder.
UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION

The UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION means an Original Shareware Version of the 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE that has not been registered with personal registration number. If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follow:

1.You can install and use an unlimited number of copies the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION or make a copy of the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION for archival or distributional purposes.
2. You may not sublicense, rent or lease the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION or any portion of it.
3. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION or any portion of it.
4. You may not copy the documentation accompanying the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION.
5. The 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE keyfiles may not be distributed without the written permission of the copyright holder.

DISTRIBUTION:

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION (you must distribute the setup file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION (except payments for shipment and handling charges). Computer magazines are authorized to distribute it on any cover disk or CD-ROM without preliminary permission. Please fill in the affiliate form on our web site www. gamagama.com if you distribute the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE is supplied "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refunding of the purchase price.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by GAMAGAMA GAMES.
Installing and using 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 33 CORNERS: ADVENTURE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
